Billing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. You can pay in USD, GBP or EUR using our payment processor Paddle.

Can I upgrade/downgrade the number of seats?

Yes, you can change the number of seats anytime you want. We charge upfront on a monthly basis. If you downgrade, you will get prorated credit on your next bill. If you upgrade, we will charge a prorated amount immediately. You billing date will not change. You have to wait 72 hours after upgrading/downgrading before you can upgrade/downgrade again.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel straight from our dashboard. You rankings will keep getting updated until you billing period ends. There are no refunds provided.

Do the prices include taxes?

Yes, all prices are inclusive of taxes. You will get email copies of your invoices and you can also download them straight from our dashboard.
